It started with a simple belief.
Every young person has talent. Too often, that talent goes unseen because they lack a guide, a chance, or someone who believes in them.
THE TOTT FOUNDATION began to change that. We pair young people with mentors, help them grow their gifts, and make sure no one is left out, including persons with diverse abilities. We also care for the planet they will inherit, and we speak openly about mental health so that no one has to struggle alone.
Our approach is simple. We listen, we include everyone, and we build with communities, not for them.

Across the communities we serve, families face a familiar set of barriers: classrooms without books, clinics hours away, and livelihoods that vanish with a single bad season.
These aren't abstract statistics. They are the daily realities of the children, mothers, and young people we walk alongside. And they are exactly why we do this work.

We don't arrive with a blueprint. We arrive with questions. Every program begins by listening to the people who know their community best, then co-designing solutions that will outlive us.
That means training local teachers, equipping community health workers, and backing women-led enterprises.

TTF EcoAction rallies communities to protect the environment we all depend on. From conservation to climate action, we turn awareness into everyday action.

What we are working to achieve.
1. Include everyone. We speak up for persons with disabilities and diverse abilities, and help them take part fully.
2. Protect the planet. We teach and support climate action and conservation through community projects.
3. Mentor young people. Our mentorship programmes grow leadership, discipline, and self-confidence.
